TPM
offers additional services such as on-site oil filtration,
dynamometer PM services, laser coupling alignment, and
field balancing. TPM has a portable oil filtration systems
used to filter oil to various cleanliness levels. Based
on customer requirements used oil can be filtered and
the life of the oil extended thereby reducing costs to
purchase new oil and reduce the impact on the environment.
Dynamometer PM services include brush inspection, brush
replacement, commutator inspection/servicing, monitoring
brush wear including recommendations on brush selection.
All precision equipment, whether rotary or machine tool,
should be aligned in order to increase productivity and
reduce equipment wear. TPM helps customers quickly and
accurately align their equipment. Mass unbalance occurs
in a rotating machine when the center of the mass does
not coincide with the geometric center. The result is
a heavy spot. TPM can field balance various equipment
such as fans and rotors. |
